Booking Conditions
Minimum of 4 nights from June to September, minimum of 2 nights from October to May.
Reservation Request: Payment of 20% of the total amount via bank transfer to guarantee the stay.
Confirmation of Reservation: Payment of the remaining 80% + €400 deposit up to 7 business days before check-in.
Security Deposit: Please provide bank details or MBWay contact information for a refund of the security deposit after check-out, provided there are no issues.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid up to that date.
2. Cancellation after 30 days prior to check-in: 80% refund + security deposit if the reservation has been confirmed. Guaranteed loss of the initial 20%.
3. Cancellation less than 7 business days before check-in: 50% refund of the total amount + security deposit.
4. Automatic cancellation: If the final payment is not made within the 7 business day limit, no refund will be issued.
