Booking Conditions

  1. 3 nights minimum stay from October to May; 5 nights minimum stay from June to September.

  2. Reservation: Payment of 20% of the total amount via bank transfer to securethe stay.

  3. Reservation Confirmation: Payment of the remaining 80% + 400€ of security deposit up to 7 business days before check-in.

  4. Security Deposit: Provide bank details or MBWay contact for a refund after check-out, provided if there are no incidents.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid up to that date.

  2. Cancellation within 30 days before check-in: 80% refund + deposit if the reservation has been confirmed. The initial 20% is non-refundable.

  3. Cancellation less than 7 business days before check-in: 50% refund of the total amount + deposit.

  4. Automatic cancellation: If the final payment is not made before the 7-business-day deadline with no refund.
